CMS HCAL HTR-DCC Cable Assembly

General Description
We require 600 assemblies with a total length of 18 inches.
Each consists of one length of 5-pair twisted pair cable
with two RJ-45 10-pin type connectors.
All materials must meet
CERN IS 23 Rev 2 requirements.

Cable Requirements
- Low-Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) materials.
- 24-28 AWG solid or stranded conductors, twisted pairs
- Pair impedance 100 ohms +/- 10%
- Individual conductor diameter max 0.038" with insulation
- Overall jacket
- Foil shield ok but not required
Amphenol spectra-strip proposes their P/N 168-2829-210 (custom).

Connectors
The connectors must be RJ-45, 10 conductor with keying RMK4.
One example is the Stewart P/N 940-SP-301010R-RMK4.
